One of the best if not the best service in the area. The General Mgr., Sara was helpful, attentive, and courteous. The same was true for our waitress, Chassidy. Wonderful! We enjoyed this food and atmosphere so much. They have a great variety on their menu- something for everyone. The portions were great, and the prices were fantastic (we went on 10$ burger Monday). Love that they have gluten free options, however I would recommend they list the additional prices in their menus. We loved the spacious atmosphere and overall it felt very clean. We came in tonight as a party of 4. Ordered apps and drinks. It took a while for our server to come back for our main order because she was dealing with a large party. I’m pretty sure just from her expression that she had asked her manager to take our order or at least check on us and she failed to help out. We ordered 4 burgers and fries. Over an hour later and we still didn’t have food. The entire restaurant was under half full. Asked for our food to be made to go as we had a toddler with us and it was getting close to bedtime. Server told us the manager was waiting on our food and would be out to speak to us. Finally our server brought us our Togo food, comped everything and left us with a $25 gift card. The manager never showed up. I expressed to our server that it was ridiculous and unacceptable for a manager to not come out and speak to tables when their ticket times are an hour plus and they have customers walking out because they have waited so long on their food. Finally got to try the burger at home and it was very disappointing. Hopefully they can figure out the kitchen and management because we need more options in Franklin. Until then, we will save our time and money, and eat at Graff’s.
